Everest Arun Valley trek

The Everest Arun Valley trek encompasses the contrasting
vegetation, landscape and the culture of the Terai lowlands and
that of Solukhumbu highlands. The trek starts from Southeast part
of Terai and traverses through the Arun River valley to provide
exhilarating experiences of ups & downs on far off forested
foothills to bring one to the ever charming Everest region.
Everest Arun Valley trek is one of those rare
treks enabling the trekkers to enjoy the sub tropical and the alpine
features on a one single trek. The trekkers visit the homeland of
the Rais and Limbus, the Kiranti people who ruled in Nepal before
3rd century. Basically farmers they are famous as Gorkha soldiers.
Another highlight of the valley is its rare
